EVDOforums Users Help Sprint Fix EVDO Issues

An EVDOforums.com user reports a problem with his Sprint EVDO card. His card is connected, he can ping different sites, everything is working, BUT web sites are NOT coming up. Quickly, a few other EVDOforums users report a similar problem. The tech support department at 3Gstore.com (our sister site that sells and supports Sprint Mobile Broadband Cards), gets a few calls with exactly the same issue.

We do some additional testing and we see the same exact problem that users are reporting (not consistently, but it did appear).

Due to the detailed posts by many EVDOforums.com users, the high level engineers at Sprint were able to quickly identify and resolve the problem within 24 hours.
