Just five days after we reported that Verizon had updated their online coverage mapping application, Sprint appears to have done the same with theirs.

Just as with Verizon's new tool, you can now drag within Sprint's coverage map to make it much easier to navigate quickly to areas you want to check out coverage for.  Oh and great news for user's of Apple's Safari browser on Mac OSX -- this new tool works for you!

So it seems, there just isn't a competition for best coverage, but also for best coverage mapping app?

Of course, we'd rather they spent the time on improving coverage now. the tools are fine!
