CradlePoint MBR1000 EVDO Router, LED Explanation
The CradlePoint MBR1000 is the newest router that we recently started selling and supporting at 3Gstore.com. We get many questions about the LEDs on the front of the unit. This brief guide will explain what the different LEDs are for.
· LAN1-4 (HW) – link status and activity, green when cable is plugged in and link status is up · WAN (HW) – link status and activity, green when cable is plugged in and link status is up · WPS (SW) – Wi-Fi Protected Setup – indicates that a WPS negotiation is taking place.
· WLAN (SW) – indicates the Wi-Fi radio is on and operating correctly. Green when Wi-Fi is enabled, and blinking green when Wi-Fi traffic is active. · MDM (SW) – indicates a valid Cellular data connection, via USB or Express card.
· SGNL (SW) – Cell signal strength indication
