KR2 Firmware Update Makes it an EVDO & HSDPA Router
Kyocera has released Firmware ZE1002 for their KR2 router that enables support for many more EVDO devices, as well as HSDPA phones and devices from AT&T! Here's the full list of all the NEW devices the firmware adds support for:
(complete list of supported devices is on our 3G Router Compatibility Chart) In addition to new device support, the KR2 has new features similar to that of the Cradlepoint MBR1000 Firmware 1.2 release, reported on 04/14/08. These features include limited GPS functionality, option to disable 'bounce pages', one-button firmware update, functional WDS, and improved Signal Strength testing.
