Sierra Wireless Completes Asset Purchase Agreement with Junxion

VANCOUVER, Aug. 5 - Sierra Wireless announced today they have completed an agreement to purchase the assets of Junxion, Inc. effective immediately.

Based in Seattle, Junxion is a privately held company that delivers managed 3G wireless router solutions for enterprise and government customers. Junxion’s platform provides reliable and secure real-time data access for mission-critical applications anywhere cellular connectivity is available.

"By leveraging Junxion technology and incorporating it into our Mobile and M2M product portfolio, we will enhance and diversify our offering of high value equipment, services, and software to support this growing market."

Junxion products and technology will be integrated into the Mobile & M2M group at Sierra Wireless. Sierra Wireless will continue to support existing Junxion products and customers and work with existing Junxion partners to deliver compelling products and services.
