According to this article, it sounds like AirCell, is doing this:
Sounds like Boeing Connexion and Airbus' OnAir use satellite to plane technology (which is more expensive). This sounds like a very fast and inexpensive way to add WiFi access on airplanes. Discuss this on a EVDO Forums. |
