Sprint Sierra Aircard 402 2-in-1 EVDO ExpressCard Now Available from 3Gstore

The latest aircard on Sprint's 3G network has arrived: the 2-in-1 Sierra Aircard 402. Referred to as a "2-in-1" modem because it can be used in either an ExpressCard slot OR a standard PCMCIA slot, the 402 is perfect for users who aren't fond of USB modems (or simply don't have enough extra USB ports for all of your peripherals) but aren't sure whether to opt for an ExpressCard or PCMCIA card. 

Important notes on the Aircard 402:

• Firmware 1.6 for MBR1000/CTR500 provides official support for the AirCard 402
  
• 3Gstore has an assortment of high-gain antennas for the AirCard 402 (note: the antennas will only work with expresscard, and not with expresscard+pc adapter.)

The Sierra Aircard 402 is now available from 3Gstore for $69.99 after $50 mail-in rebate with a new 2-year contract.
