Where is my 3G Modem's Antenna Jack? When 3G users are hunting for a signal boosting solution and researching their options, many are surprised to find out that their modem has a port where they can connect a high-gain antenna or amplifier. In many cases, these ports are "hidden" on the back or side of the modem or even under rubber flaps, so many folks have simply never realized that their modem has this option! In fact, ALL of the currently available EVDO modems from Verizon and Sprint and MANY 3G modems available from other carriers feature RF jacks for connecting antennas.
