![]() If you've ever gone to Sprint's support site, you're likely familiar with the site's convenient "by-device" setup, which allows you to select your phone or aircard and access information specifically for that device. Rather than having to do a bunch of Google searches and sifting through 10 different websites to try to find information about your device, Sprint organizes it all in one location. You can download the user guide and other support documents, view FAQs, read or watch tutorials to help you set up or use the features on your device, and even check to see if there is new firmware of software available to download and install! This is obviously very useful for folks who already own a Sprint device, but this week Sprint added a new tool that makes their support site a great tool for people who are considering buying a new Sprint phone, too. DemoAnywhere, available for over 30 Sprint phones, is a web-based application that allows users to take a virtual tour of a phone and experience a variety of features, including texting, Sprint TV, Transfer Address Book, email setup, and more all from the comfort of your computer without having to go to a store. With DemoAnywhere, potential customers can get a feel for what the user experience will be like for a particular phone before making the decision to buy it. You can check out Sprint's support site and DemoAnywhere via this link. Related links:
