T-Mobile argues to FCC against Verizon's AWS License AcquisitionT-Mobile CEO Philipp Humm recently spoke about his concerns with Verizon's plan to conduct a spectrum sale to gain AWS spectrum. Humm says Verizon is just looking to offload their less desirable assets for Block 'A' and 'B', which are more prone to interference. Verizon already has some AWS licenses and is just sitting on the frequency instead of using it for anything. Verizon believes that the 700Mhz bands they intend to sell will be attractive to a wide range of buyers and having more AWS frequency will help them sustain 4G LTE service as more and more users get on the network.
