Apple drops YouTube in app feud with Google

According to GoMo News Apple and Google are at it again, but this time it will affect the functionality of your iPhone and iPad. In 2009 Google chairman Eric Schmidt stepped down from the board with Google, who also sat on Apple’s board. As the issues with the companies escalate Apple decided to decline their license renewal for Google’s YouTube app that has been a default app since debut in 2007. When Apple launches iOS 6 later this year users will not find the native YouTube application on their devices! Let us know in the comments below if you’ll miss YouTube on your iPhone or iPad.

*** Update ***

YouTube will still work perfectly fine in Safari (see screenshot), also, Google has announced they are working on a Youtube replacement app that will be available in the App Store.
