All authorized Verizon dealers and agents offer a 15 Day Cancellation Policy. This allows you to try Verizon service and within 15 days, if you are not completely happy, you can cancel your 1 or 2 year contract with Verizon. Day one is when you card is first activated. If you are a Mac user getting a V620, KPC650, AC580, PC5740 and we pre-activate the card, your time starts when it gets shipped to you (so don't select Ground as shipping). If you are using a PC5220 or any card on Windows, the day you insert the card into your laptop, it gets activated and that is day 1. Tips DO NOT mail in rebate forms and cut out the UPC, until you decide that you want to keep the card. If you do mail in the rebate or cut out the UPC, you will not be able to cancel, instead you will have to do an early termination of the contract and pay $175. Again, DO NOT mail in the rebate forms and cut out the UPC, until you are satisfied or after 15 days. Keep ALL packaging and items (manuals, CDs, etc.) Directions to Cancel Service:
