iCloud Drive Not Syncing to Mac, iPhones or iPads
My case number with Apple is #765599985. My iCloud Drive broke last week. Don't know why, but one file stopped syncing. During the last week, all of my files will no longer sync on my iMac at work, iMac at home, Macbook Pro, iPhone 6 or my iPad Air. I can create a document and it is instantly sycn'd up to iCloud. But nothing is syncing on any of my devices, which were working perfectly up until last week. I can login at iCloud.com and all my documents are there and current. Tried from scratch, removing iCloud Drive on all devices and added one at a time. Same thing. Apparently, I am not alone. There is a thread on Appl's Discussion group that has had 37,000 views on this topic: iCloud Drive not syncing locally . This is what my Mac looks like when I open the iCloud Drive. It will look this way in a few hours or days. I have tried what Apple has suggested. I am really hoping they can fix this, as I do not want to move to DropBox (which sync's flawlessly, BUT isn't seamless with iOS Keynote, Pages & Numbers).
If anyone is having similar problems, please leave your comments below. Hoping that someone from Appe reads this and can help solve this issue from a long time customer (since 1982), stockholder and general Apple Fan (but slowing losing faith).
