 This tip applies to all Mac users using any EVDO card (Sprint or Verizon). The default setting in your Mac is to disconnect after 10 minutes of inactivity. This tip will show you how to disable this.Open System Preferences Click Network click Show Network Status click your EVDO Card in the list e.g. Airprime CDMA... or Novatel or Qualcomm click the Configure Button click the PPP Options button UNCHECK the disconnect if idle for 10 minutes cehckbox click OK click Apply Now  |
