How to tell if you are in EVDO Coverage Area |

If your PC 5220 card is NOT updated with the latest PRL, you may be in an EVDO high speed area, but only connect at slower 1XRTT speeds. Here is how to tell:
- If the green light on the 5220 card flashes green once every 5 seconds you are on 1xRTT.
- If the green light on the 5220 card flashes every other second, you are in a EVDO area.
- If the mobile connection manager shows 1xRTT (Not EVDO) and they have a green light every other second they need to update their PRL, and then their 5220 card will connect at the faster EVDO speeds.
