When you first take delivery of a Sprint Connection Card directly from Sprint, the card is locked and you need to unlock it before using it. Unlocking is very easy to do. If you purchased your connection card as an individual, the unlock code is the last 4 digits of your Social Security Number. If you purchased through a business, the current unlock code is 6285. So, when you first insert your card, you will see the locked symbol:  Click on the lock symbol and you will be asked to unlock your card. Enter the unlock code and click OK:  If you were successful, you will see that the card is now unlocked and ready for use:  If you are a Mac user and had us activate your card before sending, we already did these steps for you. |
