Verizon Engineers Solves Boulder Slowdowns |

A user in Boulder Colorado reported on EVDOforums.com on Feb 7th @ 7:13pm, that Verizon had oversold EVDO in Boulder Colorado and that all of a sudden, his download speeds had dropped from 900Kbps to 100Kbps. A Verizon engineering that monitors EVDOforums, reported the next day, that he was responsible for that area and he would look into the problem. A few days later the Verizon Engineer reported that this was a RF problem and that he fixed the problem. Sure enough, the user reporting the problem was back to normal speeds. Thank you Verizon, this kind of support, saves EVERYONE a lot of time and frustration and makes the "We Never Stop Working For You" slogan a bit accurate. Read EVDOforums.com thread. |
