Cradlepoint W211NU WiFi-N USB Adapter Now Available

The W211NU is a WiFi-N USB adapter that can will allow a PC running Windows Vista or XP to connect wirelessly over WiFi to routers sold by 3Gstore (and most other wifi routers not sold by 3Gstore.

The W211NU is NOT compatible with Mac OSX, but does include the software needed for Windows Vista and XP in its onboard memory, allowing for "No CD Required" installation on most Windows machines with an available USB port.

Once inserted into a windows PC, if the W211NU does not find the software it needs already installed, then the auto-installation process with quickly begin, displaying the following graphic:

After software installation is complete, clicking on the icon in windows tray brings up the application, which provides the following information.

"Link information" tab shows info about current wifi connection.

"Site Survey " tab shows wifi routers in the area.

"Profile" tab is used to store passwords and locations.
