OSX 10.9.2 fixes SSL security flaw - upgrade now!

Apple's latest update for OS X is here, and it is highly recommended that all users currently running OS X 10.9 upgrade ASAP. After Apple released the iOS 7.0.6 update for the iPhone and iPad last week, a serious SSL security flaw within OS X was discovered. The bug allowed an attacker to bypass SSL/TLS verification routines, meaning shared wired or WiFi networks could allow an attacker to intercept communications. Attackers could do anything from acquire sensitive information like passwords to inject harmful malware or viruses.

Version 10.9.2, available now, fixes this issue. You can upgrade by choosing "software update" from the apple menu in the upper left of your computer's screen.
